1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, and profile details you provide (or that your sign-in provider shares, such as Google).
• Location: only if you grant permission, used to check local weather suitability. We do not collect location unless you tap "Check weather."
• Usage data: your analysis history, notifications, and community posts.
• Photos: photos you select for Grafting, Air Layering, or Diagnose are sent to Google's Gemini API for AI-based analysis (e.g. detecting buds, stem color, or visible plant issues) and are not stored by us afterward. Photos you choose to upload as your profile photo or as part of a Grafters community post are stored so they can be shown to you and (for community posts) other users.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to operate core features: authentication, saving and syncing your history, profile, profile photo, and community posts across your devices, and providing weather-based suitability recommendations (via the free wttr.in weather service).

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Storage), operated by Google, stores your account, profile, analysis history, notifications, profile photo, and community posts (including post photos) so they sync across devices. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Sign-In, for authentication if you choose to continue with Google.
• wttr.in, a free weather data service, receives your coordinates only when you request a weather check.
• Google Gemini API, which receives the photos you select in Grafting, Air Layering, and Diagnose in order to analyze plant condition and identify visible issues.

4. Data Storage

Your account and app data are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Storage) and cached on your device for offline use. Your theme preference stays only on your device.

5. Your Rights

You can review and edit your profile information at any time, and permanently delete your account and associated data from Settings → Delete Account & Data. Community posts you created may remain visible under your username; contact us to have them removed.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
